Here is, in plain words, what happens with your data when you join the AlFallo list. We follow the EU data protection law (the GDPR).
AlFallo, a party brand from Enschede, in the Netherlands. Any question, write to us at esputwente@gmail.com.
When you join the list, we keep:
That's all. The form doesn't ask for anything else.
We use your email to send you your discount code, our newsletter and news about our parties, like a reminder before an event. We can do that because you said yes (that's your consent, article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) when you ticked the box. We keep a record of that yes so we can show it if needed.
We don't use your data for anything else, and we never sell it.
Your email is stored encrypted on a server in Germany (Hetzner), and we send our emails through Google (Gmail). Google may process data outside the EU/EEA, under safeguards recognised by the GDPR. Some pages also load Google Fonts, Google Maps and jsDelivr, which can see your IP address.
Until you unsubscribe or take back your consent. After that we only keep what we need to make sure we never email you again, and if you ask us, we delete everything.
You're in control. Under the GDPR you can:
To use any of them, email us at esputwente@gmail.com.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. One click and you're out. You can also just write to us and we'll remove you.
We do our best to protect your data from loss, misuse and anyone who shouldn't see it. Email addresses are stored encrypted, the site only works over HTTPS, and the list is protected with a password and two-step verification.
Our emails are for people aged 16 or older. If you're younger, please ask a parent or guardian first.
Talk to us first and we'll try to sort it out. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.
